Shipping policy

Pre-orders will be processed on or near the official publication date of the book. Check the publication date before pre-ordering if you need your book to arrive before a certain date.

All other orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (ie within the UK) orders are shipped via Royal Mail at standard domestic rates.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bermuda, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For bigger orders, it is difficult to calculate the shipping rate accurately, so orders from some countries are limited to a relatively low order weight. If you are trying to order from outside the UK and your cart is rejected please contact us at rituallimitedshop@gmail.com because it may be above the permitted weight. We will give you an accurate estimated shipping cost and if you wish to go ahead and purchase we will administrate the sale for you directly.

Most parcels are sent via the e-commerce platform SAMOS - they use a variety of different international and local carriers to deliver our orders.

When ordering from the EU, please note that the shipping charge displayed at checkout is inclusive of any applicable VAT and customs charges in your country. You should not be charged any additional sums on delivery.

When ordering from the USA, please note that the shipping charge displayed at checkout is inclusive of applicable import tariffs and duties. You should not be charged import duties or tariffs on delivery. The only additional charges you might incur are local sales taxes which vary state by state. Ritual Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you are ordering from territories outside the UK, EU or USA your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ritual Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rituallimitedshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at rituallimitedshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your order still has not arrived more than 28 days after you received confirmation of shipping from us, again please email us as soon as possible at rituallimitedshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
